Kayenne 80" x 92" May 2016 UFO |
Kayenne is complete and boy is this one snazzy project. It is High Desert Paprika by Valori Wells. It was the 2007 Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show Raffle Quilt design. I have had two wonderful visits since May when this UFO was to be finished, but both of them were well worth the delay. I am happy to be ready for stitching Kookoo Katchu my June UFO. It's exciting to have a change to my Design Wall!

Kayenne, a so apt name, and super stunning . I have popped into your blog a lot lately, but life has been a mite busy and stressed lately, so not many comments anywhere. Enjoy that empty wall, guess it will be full again soon.
Wow--Kayenne looks like the finale of a fireworks show! So much action and so thrilling!
*LOL* Fun to see the empty design wall. That never lasts long at your house, I'm guessing. : )
Such a fresh, pretty new project. You will whip it out in no time, as usual.
Kayenne is so stunning, I agree with Janet, it looks like a fireworks show. Just plain awesome.
What a gorgeous quilt! So modern and creative.
Kayenne is a stunner! Congratulations on the completion. A Gaggle of Geese is correct! Good luck!

Kayenne is fantastic and I know it was a lot of work - congrats on the finish!
Wondered about you Jean. Kookoo Katchu is making itself known on my wall now. Hope all calms down a bit for you and yours real soon.
Thanks Debra. Valori Wells designed this project. At first one might think it was a Judy Neimeyer.
Thanks Jennifer 🐱
