I finished the Dr. Seuss ABC top on Friday. I got the backing that was pieced together on Saturday. This will be for Sunshine Charity. Christy has agreed to quilt it. If timing works right it should be available for the Summers Past Farm Craft Fair the first week of December. (More coming on this event in the near future.)
The rest of my Saturday sewing was on the second Flutter quilt. This continued on through today. This is a commissioned project for a little girl for Christmas. I do have another strip of the background/border fabric to fill in the gaps you see in the photo. The butterfly blocks/rows are not sewn together quite yet. This will be my Monday project. Kerry is having some work done in her home so she's not ready for me to send her quilting projects at the moment.
I picked up this pattern for the Chopped: Quilting Edition Challenge that we have going on this month with the guild. I will be using all four of the fabrics that were in my #14 bag. It will go on to be another project for the Summers Past Farm Craft Fair.
