Wednesday Workings, October 7, 2026

 

These are the last three Teddy Bear cross stitch blocks finished.  I now have all of them ready to put in a setting.  I have been picking up a suitable fabrics for this very thing.  Hopefully one of them will work.  

This will be my next hand sewing project to finish.  My grandmother started it long ago.  It just needs a little bit to finish it the rest of the way.  Note the scalloped border :)  The photos below show the work she did and where I will stitch to the finish.

As for my next project under my sewing machines needle...a second Flutter quilt.  My client loved it so much that she wants another one to give as a Christmas gift.  I will get back to my UFOs soon.
