I spent the entire day yesterday working on the binding and sleeve for Grandma Alice's Stitchery for Austin. It finished up nicely. I will get the label on shortly and give it a wash. I plan to use a color grabber cloth just to be cautious with the dark blue and the white. I am hopeful that the blue markings for the hand quilting come out in the wash; we shall see.
I have spent time with Autumn Love. The shapes are cut out now with the bias binding yet to accomplish. This one will use bias binding for the corn stalks and the milk can. I do not have a 5/8" bias bar or tape maker so I plan to be generous with the sewing on the strip needed for that size. It is such a small size difference from 1/2"...right?
I did get the Sunshine Community Charity Quilt done; binding and label. I am quite pleased with the red binding.
Hope your Wednesday is a great one! I am off later today for a 90 minute massage =^.^=
