I don't recall sharing the cute Piano Cat Scratching Post that I purchased while at the Cat Show a couple of weeks ago. It is nearly 3' tall. For Kosmo and Kassy with their long bodies it is just perfect for them to get a real good stretch on.
Karduus was finished not long ago. It was one of my twelve 2016 UFOs. I plan to share it on Tuesday with my Sunshine Quilt Guild Sisters. Check out the beautiful quilting Kerry accomplished.
I don't have the best camera for quilting closeups. Kerry has lately been providing the stitch count; this one at 70" x 89" is 243,288. Now that is a bunch of quilting stitches!
If you are interested in seeing more of my finished projects check out my website www.kwiltnkats.com.

And all you need is a song that plays when they start to scratch!!! Love it, and the quilting, on that mossy green, perfect.
Ha Ha, I get it--"Kitten on the Keys". Love that song! Very clever scratching post idea. :)
The quilting really elevates the humble 9-patch. I always love the classic block patterns.
Very neat scratching post.WTG Kerry, nice quilting
