Finished up the blue hour glass units...for now.
Next it was time to take down the big portion of Kutarug and arrange the next rows.
Wow this is one of the firsts! Hour glass units left for more rows! Starting to get a little light on red and black, but should be enough for a row or two still.
More HSTs are needed so yardage out and cutting.
Next it was marking and sewing the 3" squares together. All sewn and pressed open. To the iron they go.
The last ten something to be trimmed. Along with all the trimmed waste.

Maybe you have shared this before, but how many HSTs and hourglass units are in this quilt? It is definitely not for the faint of heart--especially when it comes to trimming!
