I finally finished my last 2010 UFO. So now I've got my sewing table clear and ready to work Clue 3 of both Roll, Roll, Cotton Boll (RRCB) and Old Tobacco Road (OTR).
RRCB Clue 3 |
I've pulled all my fabrics for RRCB and cut some smaller strips. I plan on using a very light weight fusible stablizer to sew my strips on. I have used it before and was very pleased with the results.
I found time to finish OTR Clue 2 on Saturday morning.
Clue 3 assembles the first two clue components together; nothing new to add this time.

Oh wow! You've been busy! Fun! :)
Looks like you are making good use of your tiime. However, you do know that it is December, don't you? ;-)
It is always nice to finish your UFO list b/c now you can make more or not!
Wow, very impressive - two of Bonnie's projects at the same time . . . which reminds me, I wonder where and at what stage my OTR is!
I like your pile of neutrals for the 3rd clue of Bonnie's mystery. My pile is upstairs waiting for me to come and play.
Great blocks. I love seeing the progress on everyone's quilts. I have to enjoy the process vicariously since I could not join in :)
lots of tiny pieces, I will look forward to seeing everyones mystery done.
Wish I could say the same, that I've finished my UFOs for 2010--it seems all I've done this year is make more :)
The clues for the RRCB are downloaded but I'm waiting until after Christmas to plunge in. Good work on yours!
Got a laugh on the above blog. My DD it is December, lol. Can't make it November again. At my age, love to go backwards. I know that you are ready for the RRCB, anixous to see the outcome.
What a nice collections of neutrals you've got for RRCB. The tiny pinwheels for OTR are looking good. Are you going to finish both quilts at the same time?
