Happy Monday!
Today I have Dances With Waves on my design wall. This is the Quiltmaker pattern for 2011 Make-A-Blanket Day campaign for Project Linus. I've made each one of their patterns to support Project Linus since I can remember. You can go to their website www.quiltmaker.com where all the patterns are offered for FREE! I'll be using the blue "bubbly" fabric for all borders and then either the boat fabric or the bottom fabric of the sail as the binding. It will be something from my stash for the back. First though I've got to pull off the paper foundation!
Quiltmaker Quilt-Along 2011 is just days away from going live on Quilters Club of America website. Get your May/June Issue #139 and join the QM Quilt-Along Group as I host the Quilt-Along 2011 Mystery designed by Debbie Caffrey.

Really great design for boys or girls. So cheerful and fun.
The sail boats make for a fun quilt. Paper piecing is not my favorite thing to do but it makes for well pieced blocks.
Very cute Sandi and Project Linus is such a great organization.
The boats are wonderful. Perfect blue fabric for the water.
I'm very excited about the mystery quilt-along! I know you'll do a great job.
Such a cute pattern -- even prettier because its for a good cause.
I like it, I wish they would make some Project Linus pieced quilts, not my best thing doing paper piecing. I guess I need to get some experience behind me.
That is a fanastic design. Love the boats!
