Koncentric Konnection
2014 UFO |
Today I have nothing to change my numbers, but I do have some completely finished projects to share. I've been binding. Yes my "push" finger is sore now; I have never been one to use a thimble. I have tried, but nothing feels comfortable. First finished was
Koncentric Konnection. This one is a total beauty. All my quilts are quilted by
Kerry's Quilting. I wish I could share the detail of the stitching on
Koncentric Konnection.
I have included a close up for you too. My DH created this name that fits it very well. If you want to see more up close check out my
website. My latest are at the bottom of this page.

Krosscheck
2016 UFO |
Krosscheck is just in time to celebrate St. Patrick's Day alongside my leprechaun decoration. Hard for me to think that this is the first quilt I have created for this holiday. There ended up being lots of tiny nine patches left over, so use them I did on the sleeve. I was one short!
Next up is
Konstant Konnection. Funny how frequently "konnection" comes into names of my quilts. =^.^= Thanks to my sister for its name. I think this one would make a great baby quilt for a little girl. It also doubles as a Valentines project.

Konstant Konnection
2016 UFO |
Last completed is
Kolada. Thanks to Joy D for its name. This one was never a UFO. I took a workshop to learn the technique of using the new pineapple ruler from Bloc Loc on this project from Road to California Quilt Show this past January. I made my project to fit a particular space in my home.
