Sunday Stash Report, July 10, 2016

Karen left on Wednesday morning arriving home safely nearly six hours later.  The cross country flights are long.  She found time on the plane to finish the cute cards she makes...something to while away the minutes.  Wednesday was a long day for me too since we were up at 3:30am to be ready for any kind of delay for her early 6:45am flight.  I went straight to work and napped in the parking lot nearly an hour.  Yes bedtime came early for me that night.

I have fabrics now for my June UFO, Kookoo Katchu.  I'm two months behind right now.  July's UFO, Kontentment, was announced and my project is done.  May's, Kayenne, is just about finished.  We will see what progress takes place today.

KooKoo Katchu won't be from my stash except for the background.  Another add to my stash.  I am still in the black...

Used this week:  0 yards
Used YTD:  88.25 yards
Purchased this week:  3.75 yards
Purchased YTD:  83 yards
Net used in 2016:  5.25 yards

what a great time you and your sister had together. I know it was a special time being together. So many memories that the two of you shared. Now you can get back to finishing up
Kayenne. This will be a beautiful quilt when you finish it up.

Yes, that does sound like a long day--and you still had to work. No wonder you were early to bed.
I love blue/yellow quilts--funny, I just realized I have never made one, unless you count a blue and mustardy gold. : )
