Kadabra with  Blocks Assembled
I had an accomplishing Sunday with Kadabra.  I kept up with Bonnie Hunter's parts throughout her 2014 Winter Mystery Grand Illusion.  When it came to assembly though I needed to focus on my January UFO.
Kadabra with Sashing Units Assembled
With Kool Krystals done (January's UFO - #2) I shifted gears back to Kadabra.  Oh by the way, Kadabra is one of my 2015 UFOs so I am soon to be one up for completing the 12 on my list!
Kadabra with Corner Stones Added
Kadabra is one big project.  It has taken up my entire Design Wall and part of my floor until I can get the rows sewn together.
Kadabra with Outside Border Units Assembled
I love the way the outer border looks.  Below the polka dot will be the inner border.  I used some of the backing fabric since it matches so well and is somewhat less busy than all the wonderful scrappyness throughout.
Kadabra Inner Border (Bottom Row Sashing and Outer Border)
I'll be anxious to get back to Kadabra tonight.  There are many more projects to be seen through the links at Patchwork Times.

I stopped at the same point you did on Grand Illusion. Yours is looking wonderful!

Looking great! I hope it goes together quickly this week. So glad this could make you 'one up!' I haven't finished part 4 or 5 yet, so mine is back in the box. As soon as I finish my #2 UFO, I'll get back to it. Blessings!

You're really buzzing along! Do you quilt them yourself? Do you count a completed top as a completed UFO? Look forward to seeing more of your finishes.

I kept up this year too. It was the reveal that set me back. I had to let it hang out on the design wall a bit longer. I like the name you've given your mystery. Kadabra, as in Abracadbra. It is a busy design.

Wow, what a striking quilt. Wow, really busy. I like it. Wishing you good luck at the show. This looks like one that could go in the show for next year.

Nice progress on your mystery quilt. I didn't have time to join in for this one but it's really fun to see all the lovely quilts.
