Sunday Stash Report, May 13, 2018

Last week I shared progress on Kandiyohi aka Bonnie Hunter's On Ringo Lake.  I was at Part 3 at that time.  Besides the ironing, the stitching is done.

Next I set out to complete Part 4.  It's done now too!  Aren't these rich and yummy?  The teals with the dark chocolate brown.  They are the setting triangles for the block.  Pressing these is on my to do list along with Part 3.

Today I finished up the stitching of Part 5.  These are flying geese units in that dark chocolate brown.  I have one wing on each of the 200 units to trim...and then it's ironing time.  Can you tell my least favorite part of quilting making is ironing?

No change to stash numbers this week.  I'm lucky to have my Mom with me today.  We'll be spending the day together a real treat for both of us!  The day started with a nice breakfast, a very light lunch, and then a big Phil's Barbecue dinner.  Happy Mother's Day to all of you.

Seeing my two girls this week was a super plus, hard to believe that some people never make contact with their mom. I love my girls and my son to the moon and back.
