Kandiyohi Part 5 is complete.  Once again pressing should take place.  Oh do I dislike the iron!

Part 6 was easy to cut.  It is already for the teal/brown Part 4 pieced triangles.  All of this project is headed to the quilting retreat that starts Thursday.  Mom and I will be enjoying the company of 24 others for the weekend.  The weather promises to be nice which is a plus.

This is a recent pattern I picked up from Tina Curran called 100 Houses.  Hey Janet want to make a bunch and swap?  This project finishes at 24" x 24".  The units (houses) finish at 2".  Going to use a bunch of scraps on this one.

Have a great rest of your week!

Tiny houses, that will be a challenge, and use up all scraps!!

The iron is not my favorite quilting implement, either. :)
If I have instructions for the houses, I would be happy to make some to swap, if you can wait until July for me to get to them. I have a son getting married in 2 1/2 weeks, and we will have family with us for a week afterward. Then we will be in Oregon for about a week, and when I get home I have a swap quilt and a reunion auction quilt to finish before June is over. I am still in physical therapy, so my sewing time is even more limited.

Janet I’m in no hurry. I’ve always got something to work on. Excited that you’re taking me up on it! Maybe there are others interested. I’ll send you something soon. Sounds like you’re in for exciting times in the next few weeks. Enjoy

A house every few days will be the way to make this project not so crazy. Wonder what I’ll find to it in the doors. Maybe a kitty, what do you think Jean?
