Well I started right away on my UFO #7 for August...

Kristmas Keepsakes
19" x 19" |
Honestly I didn't expect it to go quite so quick. This came as a kit from a gift through 52Quilts and Aunt Marti in 2013 for participation in that years UFO Challenge. I do like it; although I think the contrast could have been a little bit more vivid with the ribbons and bows. It is a good project for me to complete this month. I have some travel planned later this month and I have two big UFO projects that are yet to be called into action. This will give me time to cut!

I hope this first week of August finds you doing the things you enjoy. More wonderful projects to be found at Patchwork Times.

What?!? You just barely posted that you were starting this!!
Looking at your next two projects, I have to say that Lady of the Lake has been on my bucket list for years, but it never seems to make it to the top. I'll just have to enjoy your process--hope it lasts longer than 24 hours! *LOL*
Good Grief, you just posted this in the weekend. Wow. I like the two you have yet to complete, guess you will have them done in a week also, lol
Blink twice, and it was all done and posted... I think the next lot of fabrics are bright and beautiful, and another one below. well, we will wait and see if your speed continues. Do enjoy your travels, and I'm sure more plans will be hatched in your mind when away.
Nice job. You've got two nice quilts coming up.
Kristmas Keepsakes turned out beautifully. Good luck on your two big UFOs.
That was fast and it looks great - the contrast shows up well in the blog picture. Enjoy your "free" month!
