Karnarvon came back from Kerry's on Saturday. I took time to prepare and sew down the binding and sleeve. This project is by Tiffany Hayes from Needle in a Hayes Stack. It was done as a mystery project at Road to California Quilt Show earlier this year. Tiffany calls it her Downton Abbey Mystery Quilt. Different kits using Downton Abbey fabrics were available for purchase. These fabrics were inspired by the character Robert Crawley the Earl of Grantham. When looking for a "K" name the Duke of Carnarvon who died of mysterious circumstances came to light; so with a little liberty with the "C"...Karnarvon came to be. The quilting really brought this project to life.
I hope September has been good to you and October is even better. Komatose is coming together. I still have quite a bunch of the Sunday Star Block to stitch, but progress is being made. Don't know if you can see the quilt's layout in the next photo...notice that heavily pieced border? Pretty certain I won't have this one done by the end of September. I have three other 2015 UFOs done so there will be a swap. October will certainly find Komatose complete. This is Bonnie Hunter's Lazy Sunday design that can be found in her book More Adventures with Leaders and Enders.

wow, what an awesome quilt. Lovely and I bet the quilting is awesome as well.
Komatose is coming together very nicely, looks like you have many more pieces to fit into the puzzle. I am sure that switching the name will be no problem. After all you completed a UFO. Good Job, my dear.
Komatose is looking very pretty. Such a lovely combination of colors, and an interesting piecing pattern. I would expect nothing less from a Bonnie Hunter design. : )
Congrats on the finish, it looks great. Komatose is coming along nicely. Very pretty.
Beautiful quilts--so many pieces such a complicated design
