Sunday Stash Report, September 13, 2015

I have some additions this week to add to my fabric stash.  I brought home 40 patriotic 2-1/2" strips Mom gave me.  Mom picked them up from Cozy Quilt Shop a couple of years back and never got around to using them.  I have no idea what I'll use this grouping for, but something will come along.  Thanks Mom!

35 Fat Eights Kit 8290F8 came home with me from the San Diego Quilt Show.  I have this awesome pattern in my "want to sew" list,Union Blues.  The price was discounted for the kit during the show so I couldn't go wrong.  There are other fabrics to add in yet, but this kit takes a lot of effort out of the fabric gathering.  This is one of three projects Kerry and I hope to work on together over the coming months.

There is always something to use up patriotic prints, IMHO. : )
Oh, gorgeous pattern and FQ collection. Will love seeing you whip that one together.

Enjoy your 2.5' strips, I know they will get used up with something great. I like your pick of Union Blues.
