Finishes/UFOs

Design Wall Monday, November 29, 2010
Here we are the last Monday of November. With just today and tomorrow to finish my last UFO, I think I'm in good shape. I will need two full sewing nights to get there for sure. Yesterday I would have liked to finish the remaining blocks, but it didn't work that way. The Chargers were playing and WINNING! I had to watch the game...
Sunday I finished two blocks Cozy Quilt Shop's design Cozy Waves (3rd row down in center column) and Bits and Pieces's design Perfect Patriotic Peony (last row in 1st column). Just two more to go now. I have been giving more thought to how I will set the blocks together. Right now I am thinking of doing something with pinwheels or perhaps with flying geese instead of the Twist and Turn. Time for discussion with quilting friends.
I knew you would get that UFO finished. You are one busy lady. Trying to get both Bonnie Hunter quilts finished as well. Looking forward to seeing how your blocks come together.
Great work finishing your UFOs. I wish I could say the same :-/
ReplyDeleteYou are getting a lot done on this, it is going to be a great quilt when finished.
